Consumer Credit Authorization & Notice
Effective Date: January 16, 2026 | Last Updated: June 16, 2026
Fast Loan Disbursal is a referral and loan-matching service, not a lender. We do not make credit decisions or issue loans. If you ask to be connected with a provider, that provider may need to verify your identity or evaluate your eligibility.
Possible verification and consumer-report access
Depending on the provider and the product, a lender or authorized service provider may verify information you submit and may request a consumer report, credit score, or other consumer information from a consumer reporting agency or permitted alternative data source. The provider should identify the purpose and legal basis for the inquiry and provide any disclosures required by law.
A soft inquiry generally does not affect a credit score used by lenders, while a hard inquiry may affect your score. The type of inquiry depends on the provider's process and the stage of your request. Do not assume that every inquiry will be soft or that every provider will use the same process.
Authorization must match the actual data flow
If a form asks you to authorize a credit inquiry, the exact authorization must name or adequately identify the parties authorized to obtain the report, the purpose of the inquiry, the categories of information involved, and any other elements required by applicable law. A generic statement on this page is not a substitute for a properly presented and affirmatively accepted authorization.
Example language only — not an active consent on this site. Legal review and accurate party names are required before any version of this is used as a real form checkbox.
“I authorize [named lender(s) / identified recipient categories] and their specifically identified authorized service providers, as applicable, to obtain and use consumer reports and related information about me for the stated purpose of evaluating my request, verifying my identity, and determining eligibility, to the extent permitted by law. I understand that an inquiry may affect my credit score if it is a hard inquiry.”
Questions or disputes
For questions about whether a particular provider requested a report, contact that provider and the consumer reporting agency identified in the report. For questions about this website's handling of your request, contact contact@fast.loan-disbursal.com.
Important
Submitting a referral form does not itself mean that you have accepted a loan. If a lender offers you credit, review its separate application, disclosures, authorizations, and agreement before proceeding.
